At the University of Chichester we run a converged service known as the Support and Information Zone (SIZ), as well as offering access to Subject Librarians and second-line IT etc.
We have a website http://help.chi.ac.uk/ which is our equivalent of LibAnswers FAQs, the answers to most basic questions can be found here, if not then the SIZ advisors are contactable via help@chi.ac.uk or 01243 816222 during these hours:
Semester: Mon-Fri 8am-7:30pm, Weekends 10am-3:30pm
Non-Semester: Mon-Fri only 8am-5pm
The SIZ team will also follow up on any tickets created and assign accordingly.
